Flexible Engagement Structures

Attorney Ahmad Kayali has 18 years of experience providing legal advice on corporate, commercial, regulatory, governance, and settlement matters. He began his professional career in 2006 working as a university professor of business law, and in 2011 he shifted into the private practice of law. He works with clients in a variety of sectors, including investment holding companies, real estate development companies, construction and contracting companies, technology companies, hospitality and F&B companies, education companies, trading companies, energy companies, medical services companies, and professional services companies. 

We understand that our clients have different needs and preferences when engaging our firm, and are open to structure the engagement with our clients in a manner that prioritizes their preferences. Accordingly, we structure our arrangement with our clients based on (1) a standard hourly fee basis, (2) a capped fee basis subject to a specific scope and a limited timeframe, or (3) a fixed recurring monthly or quarterly fee basis covering our work as external general counsel.
